2.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Opening more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. If a member violates this rule, zoy 9 reserves the right to close all their accounts and cancel any earned bonuses.
Age and Eligibility Requirements
3.1 Minimum Age
The minimum age to participate in all casino and betting activities on zoy 9 is 21 years. Persons between the ages of 18 and 21 may not use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Protection of Minors
Minors may not open or use an account under any circumstances. Do not access the platform from any device that minors can access. It is recommended that parents enable parental controls on devices they use.
3.3 Geographic Restrictions
zoy 9 operates primarily for users in Bangladesh. Access to services may be restricted from certain countries or regions. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The payment methods currently accepted on zoy 9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, and this limit applies equally to all payment methods.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one (1) hour.
4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites
To make a withdrawal, a member must have completed the identity verification process. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the deposit. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious or there is concern of fraud, zoy 9 may temporarily hold that transaction and conduct an investigation. zoy 9 also reserves the right to provide information to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning for a ৳1,000 bonus, the total wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per member.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If a bonus is used for fraudulent purposes or there is an attempt to transfer a balance through any scheme, the account will be closed.
- zoy 9 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw any offer at any time.
5.3 VIP Program Cashback
The zoy 9 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies to each tier and is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings) at a set rate. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless there is a technical error or incorrect odds were displayed. In such cases, zoy 9 reserves the right to take appropriate action.
6.2 Incorrect Odds and Game Results
If incorrect odds or faulty game results are displayed for any reason, zoy 9 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the amount placed. zoy 9 will not be liable for any loss caused by a technical error.
6.3 System Abuse
If any member intentionally exploits a software bug, system vulnerability, or any technical flaw, their account will be suspended and any earned balance will be cancelled.
6.4 Game Fairness
All games on zoy 9 are operated through certified game providers and results are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. There is no way to interfere with the outcome of any game.

7.2 Prevention of Fraudulent Activity

zoy 9 may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:
